Emergency roof repair questions
Do you really answer at night and on weekends?
Yes. For real emergencies, like water coming in or storm and tree damage, call (718) 981-7663 any time. For anything that can wait, our office hours are Mon–Sun 7am–9pm.
What happens when you arrive?
First we stop the water: a tarp, temporary dry-in or a quick patch, depending on the damage and the weather. Then we photograph everything and give you a written price for the permanent repair.
Can you fix the roof while it's raining?
We can usually tarp or dry in a roof to stop the water during bad weather. The permanent repair is done once it's dry enough to do properly.
Will my insurance cover emergency roof repair?
Sudden damage from storms, wind or falling trees is often covered; wear and age usually aren't. Every policy is different. We document the damage with photos you can send to your insurer.
Is emergency service more expensive?
It depends on the time and the work needed. We explain the cost before we start work, so there are no surprises.
